This stunning handmade Mid Century era link bracelet was made by Mexican artist & silversmith Antonio Pineda, one of the most accomplished and renowned designers of the Mexican Silver Renaissance of the Twentieth Century.  This substantial museum quality piece is constructed of .970 silver with each link consisting of a cylindrical carved rectangular amethyst gemstone attached to a similarly shaped block of silver; the links are hinged together ending in a large block clasp with a thumb release and a safety chain.  Please note that the gemstones in this piece are natural & therefore have various inclusions and color variations; it may seem that some have damage, but this is just the way these stones were formed (some do have some very minor chips to edges that are only visible through magnification).  

Measurements: weight 83g, 7" long & 16mm wide, each amethyst is approx 13.5x6.5mm

Condition: excellent vintage condition with overall light wear appropriate for its age, some gemstones have very minor chips at the edges

Markings: fully hallmarked with maker's mark as shown
