Refund policy

My number one goal is for every customer to love their purchase from Mindi Lyn.  But in the event that is not the case, please contact me within 14 days of receipt and I will instruct you on how to return and will issue a full refund.   *Custom orders that have been resized or converted are not eligible for return.  If an item arrives to you damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt with a photo and description of damage and I will instruct you on how to return.
