This one of a kind brooch was handmade in the 80s and features a painted porcelain face of a lady with epoxied beads as a hat and pieces of jewelry upcycled to created a very long drop with tassel; I believe this is a "Painted Lady" by Sally Hoffman. 

Measurements: weight 36 grams, length 6 inches

Condition: good vintage condition with surface wear
