This substantial Victorian era mourning pendant features a base of hand carved onyx gemstone in a shield shape with an applied gold & silver design comprised of a monogram with initials "CP" bordered by split pearls with a flower top & scroll sides; the back has an inset cavity of molded black glass to hold a photo or memento, with a stamped tile design & beveled glass door with top hinge. **Available with a gold filled cable chain, choose from options above

Measurements: weight 17.7g, 49mm tall not including bail, opening is 22.5x14mm, bail opening is 5x3.5mm

Condition: excellent antique condition with light wear, some minor fleabites to edges, minor corrosion around base metal elements inside locket cavity

Markings: not marked but tested and guaranteed; bail is not original & is gold filled
