This cute antique stick pin is made of gilt sterling and features "The Golden Dog," or Le Chien d'Or, from an historic plague in Quebec from 1688, also the name of an 1869 novel by Canadian writer William Kirby. 

Measurements: weight 2.3g, head 18x11mm, full length 59mm

Condition: good antique condition with surface wear
