This Victorian gilt silver fob features an unusual and intricate ribbon design on an opening box to keep pills or mementos inside and a dog clip to attach to a necklace or a keychain.  Originally this would have been worn on a chatelain.  The weight is 16.2 grams and the box is 28mm wide; the chain is 4.5".  This piece is in great antique condition with some surface wear; this item is not marked but has been tested and is guaranteed sterling silver.  Follow me on Instagram! @mindilynjewelry
