This substantial one of a kind brooch was handmade in the 1980's and features black & white painted sheets of tin in the figure of a lady wearing an oversized hat and gold hoop earrings; the pin uses a piece of gold plated costume jewelry as an accent. 

Measurements: weight 20 grams, height 4 1/2 inches 

Condition: good vintage condition with surface wear
