This figural sterling silver brooch was made in 1946 by P.H. Phillips of Birmingham, England and features a lovely hand crossing its fingers and wearing a watch on its wrist. This brooch weighs 14.9 grams and measures 40mm wide. This piece is in good vintage condition with some wear and is marked as shown.
