This Art Deco period sterling silver and copper cuff bracelet was handmade in Peru and features cut out designs depicting the sun flanked by two condors, symbols that were of great importance to the Inca. The top layer is made of sterling silver with applied elements and hammering detail, while the bottom layer is made of copper.
Measurements: weight is a hefty 91 grams, the inner bottom circumference measures 6.75 inches including the gap and the top inner circumference measures 7.5 inches, also including the gap; it is 2.5 inches wide
Condition: good antique condition with some surface wear; copper inside had a lacquer coating (I believe added later in an effort to keep skin from turning green from the copper) and that is wearing off in places; copper could be cleaned and brightened if lacquer was removed
Markings: marked as shown with "925" and Peru
