This fantastic antique 22k gold pendant was made in India in the style of the Mughal empire, and features a double sided asymmetrical heart shape with a hand cut diamond center framed by deep red enamel, and another border of blue enamel with gold inlaid a silver flourish design; the back side uses inlaid enamel to create a red rose with green & blue accents on a cream base.  **Available with a gold filled cable chain, choose from options above
