This antique sterling silver medallion pendant features the logo of the National Council of State Garden Clubs with the banner in green enamel, the center featuring a lovely floral designed and a frame of silver leaves. This pendant weighs 4.2 grams and measures 19mm wide. It is in good antique condition with some wear and is marked as shown.
