This antique Victorian era 9k gold ring features a carved shell cameo of a Neoclassical bust of a lady on a double band. This ring is a size 6.76, weighs 2.8 grams, and the head measures 16x13mm. It is in good antique condition with surface wear and is marked inside the base of the band as shown.
