This antique Victorian era sterling puffy heart charm features a beautiful, embossed fleur de lis on one side and is engraved “Bilo” on the reverse. This charm weighs 1.2 grams and measures 18mm tall not including the jump ring. This piece is in great antique condition with light wear and is marked as shown.
