This rare antique Victorian era sterling charm pendant is called a "love token" and was made using a coin and engraving details on both sides.  These love tokens were made and given to loved ones, sometimes to keep as a token during wartime. This one is particularly rare because one side features a detailed horse figure (most often they just contained initials); the other side is an initial monogram with Aesthetic era design.
