These Mid Century era drop earrings feature a cat's eye operculum shell with greens, browns, & white & a back encrusted with tiny silver & gold confetti beads; they have new gold filled ear hooks. The operculum is a part of a snail shell & has been used in jewelry for over 150 years, particularly because of its likeness to an eye.

Condition: great antique condition with some wear; one has some internal fissure lines
