This Victorian era sterling silver swivelling dog clip features a sought after mechanism, which is unique from standard dog clips; the top can be unscrewed and opened up on a hinge.  These versatile pieces were originally used to attach a fob to a watch chain, but today they make a unique chain fastener to stack several charms or pendants.
