This fun 1970s retro gold plated jabot pin features a double starfish design with richly textured naturalistic casting, and the smaller one serving as the removable end cap.  A jabot pin is a two-ended decorative pin worn through fabric so that both sides appear to float, originally used to secure a ruffled jabot at the neckline. 

Measurements: weight 9g, full length 3.5", larger end 1.5" tall
