This highly detailed, pop out, solid sterling silver Miraculous Medal was made by Hayward and features a dimensional figure of the Mother Mary in flowing cloak standing on a globe, crushing a serpent's head beneath her feet, with a ring of sunlight behind her head, and the words "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee"; the reverse shows Jesus Christ's cross with the "M" for Mary below it, along with 12 stars representing the 12 apostles, the flaming sacred heart of Jesus, and the flaming Immaculate Heart of Mary pierced by a sword.  **Available with a sterling cable chain, choose from options above
