This intricate vintage Italian gilt sterling and plique-á-jour enamel brooch features gorgeous filigree details and translucent blue and green enamel. The piece weighs 6.6g and measures 44mm in width.  It is in great condition with some surface wear, there is some enamel loss and the back pin is bent.
