This antique Victorian era sterling silver necklace features an adorable puffy heart charm showcasing embossed swirls around the edge and a center heart with an arrow through it on the front side and the name “Arleen” engraved on the backside; this pendant comes strung on a 17 inch long, 1.3mm wide sterling cable chain.
